Step 1 - Open Services
Press the Windows key or go to the Start menu, and type in Services (if you don't see a place to type, don't worry, just start typing).
After you are done typing Services, click on the Settings option below it.
Now, look to the right of your screen and click View local services.
Step 2 - Start the Service
Locate the WLAN AutoConfig service (hint: select one of the services, and then type "wlan" quickly with your keyboard), right-click it, and click Start.
Step 3 - Done!
The WLAN AutoConfig Service should now be started, good work!
