Sometimes, we might need to gather some information about your wireless adapter on your Mac.
Gather Wireless Adapter Information in macOS
1. Click the Apple menu in the upper-left corner, and click About this Mac.
2. Click the System Report... button in the About This Mac window.
3. Click the WiFi section on the left.
4. Click and drag to select the top portion in the WiFi section, right-click the selection, and click copy. Paste the contents directly into an email back to MetaGeek support.
Note: Pasting this information in Word or special format isn't necessary. Either paste it directly into the email, or put it in a plain .txt file.
