Purchased from MetaGeek
If your license was purchased directly from MetaGeek and you have registered the software, you can retrieve all your license keys by logging on to your My MetaGeek Account. If you don't have an account already, you will need to register an account here. From your account you can manage activations, so you can deactivate a license remotely if you switch computers, or if an employee leaves a company
If you don't see your license in your account, a MetaGeek Support agent can look it up by any of the following:
- Order number (preferred)
- Name (used on the order)
- Email (used on the order)
Be sure to specify which product(s) you need to look up when you contact support.
Purchased from a Reseller
If your license was purchased from a reseller, it is located in the product packaging, or on a card in the packaging. End user information isn't listed on reseller orders, so we won't have a record of it on our end unless it has been activated by your email address. (applies to Chanalyzer 5, Eye P.A., inSSIDer, inSSIDer Office).
If it has been activated, we can look it up by email address. Contact support with the email address.
