When running MetaGeek software you may be presented with a message stating: 'This software version was released after your entitlement period ended. You will need to purchase a MetaCare extension key to run this version'
This error message is shown when your MetaCare Software Assurance has expired.
In order to continue using Chanalyzer or Eye P.A. you will need to either:
1. Download an older version that was released before your MetaCare expired. You can check on your subscription date and download the correct version here.
or
2. Purchase a MetaCare extension. Please note that depending on when your MetaCare period expired, you may need to buy a multi-year extension. Please see this article for more information.
