The Navigation Waterfall in Chanalyzer allows you to:
- See the entire recording session represented as a waterfall
- Rewind, fast forward, and pause playback
- Change the selected timespan
Waterfall Visualization
The Navigation Waterfall uses the same visualization as the primary Waterfall; blue indicates low amplitude activity (loudness), and red indicates high amplitude.
The waterfall view is especially useful for seeing when devices start and stop transmitting.
The waterfall is also useful for seeing how devices change frequencies and channels over time.
Recording Navigation
To rewind or fast forward, click and drag between the Navigation Playheads. The selection between the playheads will be displayed in the rest of Chanalyzer.
Double-click any point in time on the waterfall to jump to it.
Changing the Timespan
You can change the timespan (amount of time that Chanalyzer displays) with the + and - buttons, or by dragging the Navigation Playheads individually to define a custom time. The selected timespan will be displayed in the rest of Chanalyzer.
