We are writing to inform you that the product Signifi will reach its End-of-Life (EOL) as of November 14, 2024.
Why is Signifi going away?
On May 31, 2022 MetaGeek officially stopped selling new subscriptions of Signifi to better focus on building and supporting Chanalyzer 6.
Since then we have released Chanalyzer 6 and continue to add improvements to that software. After two years we have now reached the point where we can no longer support Signifi subscriptions purchased prior to May 2022.
What does this mean for me?
You can continue to use the Signifi desktop software and the Signifi dashboard at signifi.metageek.com until November 14.
What if I already pre-paid for a subscription and am in the middle of my term?
We will be refunding your most recent payment in full, regardless of how long ago your renewal was.
What action do I need to take?
No action is required on your part. As part of the EOL, your most recent payment will be refunded back to your credit card on file. (Please note that after the refund is initiated, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your card.)
On November 14, your Signifi subscription will be canceled and your historical Signifi data (last 90 days) will be permanently deleted. Your MetaGeek account will remain unchanged, so you can still use any other MetaGeek subscriptions or products in your account.
