Eye P.A. can export the currently displayed capture to Wireshark.
Just select the menu item: File → Send To Wireshark
As long as you have Wireshark installed, it will automatically open Wireshark and display the packets that are being displayed in Eye P.A., honoring the current "Subframe" dropdown and "Show Invalid" checkbox filtering.
When the "Show Invalid" checkbox is un-checked, there can be a difference in the number of packets that Wireshark and Eye P.A. display but they will generally be pretty close. One thing that will potentially make a big difference is if Wireshark is not set up to detect FCS Checksum errors (which Eye P.A. always does).
To configure Wireshark to detect FCS Checksum errors, select the menu item: Edit → Preferences, which will bring up the Preferences window shown below. Select "Advanced" and enter "wlan" in the Search box and double-click on the "wlan.check_checksum" line to set the Value to "TRUE".
